Megan Gagnier

Biography
Megan was born and raised in Upstate New York and attended Grove City College, earning her bachelor's degree in Spanish and Secondary Education in the spring of 2024. She returned to her hometown to teach Spanish at Fabius-Pompey Middle/High School for two years. She also taught English as a New Language during her second year. Megan has a passion for narrative, stories, and learning new languages and she finds great joy in being able to communicate with others in their native language. When she isn't studying, Megan enjoys reading fiction, playing pickleball, going for walks with friends, and winning board games. Megan and her husband Ben are excited to call South Bend home.
Research Interests
La Guerra Civil Española, religion in Spanish literature, and Spanish theatre.
