Research Interests
Francesca Leonardi is a first year M.A. student in Italian. She graduated in Italianistica from Università degli Studi di Roma Tre, with a thesis on the Italian poet Ugo Foscolo (1778-1827). She has worked as a high school teacher of Italian literature in Orvieto (Italy) from 2017 to 2019. Her research focuses on modern Italian literature and, specifically, on the works by Foscolo within the 18th and 19th century European culture.
