Biography
Keith Schaefer received his Ph.D. in Romance Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His research focuses on the intersections of religious and secular thought in Spanish narrative, especially in the works of Miguel de Unamuno. In his career he has taught elementary and intermediate Spanish, Conversation, Advanced Grammar and Composition, Spanish for Business, Spanish for Health Professionals, Spain in the 20th and 21st Centuries, Theories and Methods of Language Teaching, Introduction to Spanish and Latin American Literature, and classes on the Spanish novel.
