Associate Professor Vanesa Miseres has been named the 2024-2025 Internal Scholar in Residence for the Gender Studies Program. During the next academic year, she will split her time and work between our department and Gender Studies. She will teach a new course for the Gender Studies Program on feminist food studies. Additionally, Miseres will collaborate with the Gender Studies Director and Associate Director regarding curriculum and programming initiatives and will serve as a mentor to the recently appointed Gender Studies Postdoctoral Fellow, Anna Wald.
