The University of Notre Dame Press will host its popular Notre Dame Press Book Festival and Dirty Book Sale on Tuesday, November 18 and Wednesday, November 19. The annual sale is open to the entire Notre Dame and South Bend community.
Visit the sale from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m in the Hesburgh Library Concourse in Notre Dame’s Hesburgh Library. At the sale, the public can purchase overstocked, dusty, or slightly damaged books at significant discounts. Some autographed copies are available while supplies last. All proceeds will support the University of Notre Dame Press in its nonprofit mission to publish books that engage the most important questions of our time. Only debit and credit cards; no cash or checks, please.
This Book Festival also serves as the Press’s celebration of University Press Week, a nation-wide event that recognizes the impact of university presses. Visit the display of the AUPresses traveling Book, Jacket, and Journal Show to see examples of the beautiful books created by fellow university presses.
