Intercultural Development Day: Conflict, Context, and Culture

-

Location: DeBartolo 113 (View on map )

Our intercultural journey lands us at a discussion of how we can transform intercultural misunderstandings and conflict. The way we engage in, solve, and experience conflict can be deeply cultural. We will explore conflict styles and how they can be tied to our cultures. Knowing how we approach conflict (especially when it's the result of a cultural mismatch or critical incident) can help us to transform that conflict into something that meaningfully benefits ourselves and those around us.

If you missed our first three sessions, you're still more than welcome to join (and also to go back and attend our first three, offered again in the spring)!

All are welcome!
