Winter Session Professional Development Opportunities: Explore a Career Path

Location: RSVP through Handshake

Career Development staff members are available everyday while the University's offices are open to support students. In particular, we have created four weeks of special programs to keep students engaged with their career development over Winter Session (December 7-11, December 14-18, January 11-15, and January 18-22). January events and details will be added at a later date. Registration for all sessions begins Monday,  November 23.

The themed focus of offerings for each day of the week is listed below.

  • Mondays - Discern
  • Tuesdays - Discover
  • Wednesdays - Pursue
  • Thursdays - Showcase
  • Fridays - Mock Interviews

Pursue workshops combine the prior work accomplished through the discern and discover processes. Take action through a variety of opportunities beginning with creating professional documents such as your resume and cover letter and have them reviewed by a career counselor. Then, secure professional experiences and advance your career journey.
