Activities

The Portuguese Program, the Department of Romance Languages and Literatures, the Helen Kellogg Institute for International Studies, and the Nanovic Institute for European Studies regularly sponsor film series, cultural events, concerts, international conferences, and lectures by world experts, governmental leaders, visiting fellows and speakers, writers, and artists-in-residence. The Brazil Club and the Bate Papo-Brazilian Social Hour host cultural and recreational events to celebrate community on campus and to promote a better understanding of Brazilian culture and diversity.
