Paul McDowell

Professor McDowell’s signature course is French Theatre Production, which he created in 1991, and has resulted in a student production of a French play en français each year since. He served as resident director of Notre Dame’s international study program in Angers, France from 1999-2001. McDowell was the chair of the Special Professional Faculty Executive Committee for the 2005-2006 academic year. Academic year 2006-2007, he became the first SPF to be named a Kaneb Fellow.
