Biography

Davide Fratangelo is a first year MA student in Italian Studies at the University of Notre Dame. He earned his bachelor’s degree at Alma Mater Studiorum Università di Bologna in Classical Literature and his master’s degree in Italian Studies at the same University,
writing his thesis in Dantean Philology and Literature. 
Davide is set in Dante Studies and Medieval Literature, but he is also interested in theater and 20th and 21st Century poetry, most of all Vittorio Alfieri’s tragedies and the poetry of Gabriele D’Annunzio, Valerio Magrelli and Andrea Zanzotto.
